All product prices are inclusive of VAT. We process payment as we ship out orders so that in the case that a part of your order is delayed for any reason it will not be charged until the items are shipped.
All in-stock items will normally be with you within 7 working days, subject to availability. However, during very busy periods please allow longer.

RETURNS
This section explains what to do if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item from Edufantastic.co.uk. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you take delivery of an Edufantastic.co.uk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.
If we sent you an item you did not order send the incorrect item back to us and we will make sure you are not charged for it. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as we can.
